India and Mongolia signed three agreements in Ulaanbaatar on July 28, 2011 during the State Visit of the President of India, Smt. Pratibha Devisingh Patil. The agreements signed were the following:-
1. Agreement on Co-operation in Defence Matters between the Government of the Republic of India and the Government of Mongolia.
2. MoU on Media Exchanges between the Ministry of External Affairs of the Republic of India and Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Trade of the Government of Mongolia .
3. MoU for Co-operation between the Planning Commission of the Republic of India and the National Development Innovation Committee of Mongolia.
