The President of India, Smt. Pratibha Devisingh Patil laid a wreath at the Samadhi of the Father of the Mauritian nation and its first Prime Minister, Sir Seewoosagur Ramgoolam at the Sir Seewoosagur Ramgoolam Botanical Gardens on April 25, 2011.
