Governor of Khatlon Province of Tajikistan Hosts The President for Tea
The Governor of the Province of Khatlon, Mr. Gaibullo Afzalov hosted the President of India, Smt. Pratibha Devsingh Patil for Tea at Kulyab when the President visited the town on September 8, 2009. The President visited Kulyab to visit the Shrine of the Sufi Saint, Mir Hamadani.
