The Prime Minister Dr. Manmohan Singh called on the President Smt. Pratibha Devisingh Patil at Rashtrapati Bhavan today. The meeting lasted for about 50 minutes. They discussed about various issues of national and international importance. The Prime Minister briefed the President about the recently concluded G-20 Summit at Pittsburgh. The President apprised the Prime Minister about her visit to Russia and Tajikistan. Matter relating to internal security also came up for discussion between the two leaders.
