GOVERNOR OF JHARKHAND TO DISCHARGE FUNCTIONS OF GOVERNOR OF ORISSA DURING LATTER'S ABSENCE

The President of India has been pleased to appoint Shri Syed Sibtey Razi, Governor of Jharkhand, to discharge the functions of the Governor of Orissa, in addition to his own duties, during the absence of Shri Murlidhar Chandrakant Bhandare, Governor of Orissa.
