The Exhibition titled, "Exhibition of Contemporary Paintings and Sculptures" which was inaugurated by the President of India Smt. Pratibha Devisingh Patil at the Rashtrapati Bhavan Auditorium on the eve of the 62nd Independence Day on August 14th shall remain open to the general public from August 16th to 21st from 10.00 AM to 4.30 PM. Entry for the general public shall be from Gate No.35, which is located near the end of North Avenue towards Rashtrapati Bhavan.
The exhibition features nearly 100 works of paintings and sculptures of some 40 painters and 8 sculptors. The paintings and sculptors are creations of upcoming artists.
