VICE-PRESIDENT CALLS ON THE PRESIDENT

Shri Mohammad Hamid Ansari, the Vice President of India called on the President today at Rashtrapati Bhavan. Shri Ansari apprised the President of his recent visit to Turkmenistan and Kazakhstan from 4th to 10th April, 2008. The meeting lasted about 30 minutes. The two leaders also discussed some matters of national and international importance.
