Dr. Navinchandra Ramgoolam, the Prime Minister of Mauritius called on the President of India, Smt. Pratibha Devisingh Patil today. Dr. Ramgoolam is visiting India and is the Chief Guest at the Pravasi Bharatiya Divas, 2008 at which he is also being conferred the Pravasi Bharatiya Samman Award. The President congratulated the Prime Minister of Mauritius. Bilateral, regional and international issues of mutual interest were discussed at the meeting.
