PRESIDENT CONDOLES PASSING AWAY OF DR. L.M. SINGHVI

The President, Smt. Pratibha Devisingh Patil has condoled the passing away of Dr. L.M. Singhvi.

In her condolence message to his wife Smt. Kamla Singhvi, the President has said, " In the passing away of Dr. Singhvi, the nation has lost a prominent constitutional expert, eminent jurist, renowned scholar, able Parliamentarian and distinguished diplomat."
