The Prime Minister Dr. Manmohan Singh called on the President Smt. Pratibha Devisingh Patil at Rashtrapati Bhavan today. The meeting lasted for about 40 minutes. The Prime Minister briefed the President about his recent visit to the USA and his discussions with Heads of Government at CHOGM held at Port of Spain in Trinidad and Tobago. The two leaders also discussed about matters relating to internal security, the ongoing Parliament Session and various other issues of national and international importance.
